I would advise them to eat healthier because if you eat healthy you will feel better. You will not get sick as often. Also you will be able to do better in school because if you take a test eating a healthy breakfast makes it easier for you to do better on the test.

Exercise to be healthy, because it helps prevent diseases like heart disease. It makes you feel good. So try walking up stairs instead of taking the elevator. Ride your bike to a friend’s house instead of asking mom and dad to drive. Don’t watch TV, go outside and exercise. Don’t’ play video games, go outside and play. Run around, jog, skip, don’t ever forget to be fit. Always exercise eat healthy snacks. You always need at least 60 minutes of physical activity. Don’t eat sugary or sweet foods that is very bad for your health. It can make you sick if you eat to much of it. I don’t eat to much sugary foods. I want to be a healthy person. This program teaches me everything I need to know to be that person.
