Being Healthy in Your Life
If one of my friends asked me how to get healthier, I would help show them ways to take care of their body every day. Some of the ways I could help would be to help them make good food choices. Good food choices make your body healthier and make your bones stronger. Making healthy choices every day are essential. I could help my friends by going to the grocery store and picking out good things to buy. We also can make a menu of healthy choices that we both could follow.
Also, exercise is very important in your daily life. You can walk, jog, run or even go work out to make your body healthier. For an example, instead of watching TV, or playing video games you can go outside and play or exercise. You can set a goal to run a marathon or a fun run. It is easier to exercise with a friend.
Being healthier also means taking care of your body. Washing your hands is one way of taking care of your body. You wash your hands to avoid spreading germs to others and yourself. Also, drinking lots of water helps keep your body healthier. Make sure you also get lots of sleep so you can be energized the next day.
Getting healthier and fit is important for all of us. I want to be a good example to my friends to show how to live a healthy life. I will make good food choices, exercise often, and try to take care of myself. When I see a friend that needs help I will try to motivate them to become healthier and fit. Even though it is hard to make these changes it is important to learn how to keep your body active and healthy. You should always try to do your best to make things happen.

Everyone wants to live a long healthy life. There are many things you can do to stay healthy. Like exercising and eating certain things that can help you stay in shape. If you stay in shape you can live a long life. I am going to tell you how.
You can start off with eating the right foods. You can’t just eat junk food everyday. Like oreo cookies. Also you don’t need to go to fast food restaurants everyday for lunch. For instance if you do then you will gain more weight. If you do gain more weight then that means that you need to limit junk food and limit fast food.
Next you could exercise. You could go to the gym and workout. Some of the exercises that you could do are jumping jacks, pull ups, jogging, or stretch bands. If you exercise more then you will work your muscles. Also you burn more fat. If you work out every day or three times a week you will stay fit.
Then you should eat fruit and vegetables more. Like apples, grapes, salad, carrots, broccoli, oranges, and more. Carrots help you to have better eye vision. Some help you to have pretty skin. If you eat more vegetables and fruit then you will be able to fit into new clothes that you like to wear.
If you want to impress someone than they might like you. All of these things you can do can help you burn extra calories. You won’t get so tired real quick. You would get around more and enjoy exercising. If you get off the couch or stop laying around you will always be in share.

Staying Healthy
Have you ever wondered how to stay healthy? Well, if you have I have some suggestions for you. There are lots of ways to stay healthy. Three that stand out to me are getting lots of rest, exercising, and eating right.
Who out there has a set bedtime? I think having a set bedtime is very important. Having a set bedtime leads to more rest, better grades, and a happier and healthier day. Does your mom or dad work out? My parents do. Over the years I have learned that they are trying to set a great example for me, and who wants to grow up and be overweight, unhealthy, and having heart attacks and strokes. That is why exercising is so important. All I hear my mom say is “that is not very good for you.” I know it is for the better though. All I want to say is that eating junk food daily can lead to heart conditions, obesity, and poor hygiene.
I hope now you can understand why it is so important to stay healthy. All you have to do is follow these three rules: get lots of rest, exercise, and eat right.

Dear Friend,
It is very important to be healthy because some peropl who aren’t healthy have heart problems, and have diabetes. Here is a tip about healthy eating. Remember this, 5,4,3,2,1,0. 5- 5 fruits and vegetables, 4- dairy products (like serving of milk, cheese, ect.) 3- meats and beans, 2- grains, 1- is for one hour, 0- sugars, oils, and gasses. You need to stay fit by exercising, and playing for one hour a day.
To be fit it helps by:
- 1. Sports
2. Exercise
3. Running
4. Playing games
5. Playing with friends
6. Swimming
7. Playing with dogs
All kinds of stuff that involve a lot of movement.
Not only can you be healthy by exercising but you need to be active, eat healthy, and avoid lag naps, and junk food.
You can also remember this: HEAL® ME. H- stay healthy, E- eating healthy, A- active, sports movement, L- live right, M- exercise to have strong bones and MUSCLES, E- do these things EVERYDAY, and you will be healthy in no time.
