MEALS AND USES FOR LEFTOVER TURKEY
Pre heat oven to 400F. Spray w cooking spray a 13×9 baking dish. Cook 8 oz spaghetti or macaroni (4 cups cooked pasta) .Drain and set aside. Mix pasta with 4 cups leftover roast turkey. Add 1 cup diced or shredded carrots, 1 cup green peas , ½ cup chopped celery and ½ cup chopped onion.
Add 2- 10 oz cans cream of chicken soup, ½ c chicken broth, ½ cup low fat milk. Fold in 1 cup grated parmesan cheese. Top with cheese. Bake 20 min until top is golden and sauce is bubbly.
*Add a green salad and you’ve got a complete meal.
